1. Service Nature
All services (like website design, hosting, SEO, etc.) are custom digital services, created according to your specific requirements.
Hence, once work has started or hosting has been activated, no full refund can be issued.
If refund approved, you’ll be automatically CREDITED on your original payment method within 30 business days
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
- If you cancel your order before project initiation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 70%) of the total payment.
- The remaining 30% is deducted as administration and processing charges.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email within 24 hours of order confirmation.
3. Refund Conditions
If refund approved, you’ll be automatically CREDITED on your original payment method within 30 business days
5. Renewal & Subscription Fees
- All renewal payments (for hosting, maintenance, or domain) are non-refundable, as services are prepaid and activated immediately.
- Failure to renew on time may result in service suspension or data loss, for which we are not responsible.
