1. General Terms
Affordable Website is operated from Firozabad (U.P.), India.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a guardian.
All services provided are subject to these Terms & Conditions and may be updated from time to time.
2. Domain & Hosting
Domain charges are extra and not included in any package. Clients can purchase domains through us or any third-party registrar.
Web hosting is provided as per the selected plan (Basic, Prime, or Premium).
Hosting includes specified disk space, bandwidth, and email IDs as mentioned in the plan details.
3. Website Design & Development
Websites will be designed and developed as per the selected plan only.
Any additional pages, features, or custom functionality beyond the plan will incur extra charges.
Content (text, images, videos) must be provided by the client in a timely manner.
Delivery time depends on the completeness of the client’s provided material.
4. Payment & Renewal
All payments are 100% in advance before project initiation.
Plan validity is 1 year from the activation date.
Renewal charges apply after one year as per the selected package.
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, Paytm, or UPI to the official company account only.
5. Support & Maintenance
Clients are entitled to free website updates and support for one year.
Support covers text/image updates and technical issues related to hosting or functionality.
Design modifications or major layout changes are chargeable.
6. Data & Security
Affordable Website ensures the safety of client data; however, we are not responsible for loss due to external attacks, hacking, or client-side negligence.
Clients are advised to maintain a backup of their content.
7. Refund & Cancellation
Once a project is started, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations before project initiation are eligible for partial refund (after deduction of processing fees).
8. Ownership & Rights
After full payment, the client owns the website content (text, images, etc.) they provided.
Affordable Website reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Plugins or third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, SEO tools, payment gateways) depend on external services. Affordable Website is not responsible for their downtime or limitations.
10. Legal & Compliance
Any disputes will be handled under Firozabad Jurisdiction (U.P.).
Clients must ensure that their website content does not violate any Indian laws or copyright rules.
